Worst Starbucks don’t know if she’s the manager there but she was so rude yesterday with the rest of the crew that worked that day I think her name was Jenny from what I heard the other workers call her. Worst experience ever someone from higher management please fire her and the girl working with her horrible

I wish the service would be faster. Last time I came in there, waited for 2 orders before me, which I understand. And 4 orders after me, which I don't understand, why would you make me wait for my matcha latte for this long. The new hired girl always messes up my matcha, it's never blended completely, always chunky and dusty, I understand she is new, but can't someone teach her how to do it?! Or cold foam is so watery, looks like milk. And last time, I came in they changed me for LIGHT ICE, $1, as she explained, she said there will be more drink so $1 it is, and on the monitor it said "extra syrup" like what?! I still payed, but it's so strange.

Came in this morning to get an iced latte and asked one of the bartenders to give me a straw and she looked like she was in a bad mood she gave me the straw didn't even looked at me she just threw it which was really rude, why work in the customer service environment if your not gonna be happy with your job

I am not a person to complain, however today I will leave a good review to help the community. Do not purchase here at this VONS Starbucks location. I came in at 3pm. Waited patiently in line, there were 3 employees clocked in and no one attended me. They simply stared and looked away. I waited because maybe they were busy making orders(no). A lady cuts in front of me in line and they didn't bother to say oh she waited here first mam. I still continued with my patience. Then after that lady ordered I still waited and they just stared at me and looked away. Again. Then I spoke up and stated that "I had been waiting and no one attended me, so that if I may order to whichever register was open". They looked upset and literally dreaded taking my order then to make the cherry on top. Once I ordered I wanted to use my reward and the employee attending me was just not trying to help me and made it difficult to pay because I was using the online app for Starbucks to gather points and as well still get the rewards points. In the end I knew it would work and it did. She was just so upset with her work environment that she really didn't want to deal with any customer service today. Then when they finished making my order I asked politely if the drink had the extra pumps of vanilla that I had ordered and they looked at me as if I was d*** and a bit of anger; then I asked for a cup carrier because I'm pregnant and carrying everything out was difficult and she happily said no. That was all. So sad, definitely never purchasing anything from this Starbucks again. As well not recommending this place to anyone because in all aspects it lacks service. They had limited food, utensils (ex.cup carriers) and their attitude is horrible it made me uncomfortable being there. Then when reading the reviews it's the same thing over and over again. I rather go to a half hour drive through Starbucks line then this. I hope whoever sees my review saves time and goes to another Starbucks that will appreciate your money !

Starbucks is huge on their customers service but what I don't understand is how the people working at this location got hired! Most of the morning associates are rude asf. & sound like they hate working there ! It's just sucky !
The fat girl with glasses is rude she was talking super fast like "get tf out of here" type of way and she said "wE oNLy hAvE SmALl sTrAws" with dumbass attitude like she's not even cute enough to be giving an attitude lmao but I love Starbucks they just need to get better ppl lol

I have never left a review before but I left feeling pretty frustrated. I ordered my drink inside at 12:57 and didn't get it till 1:20. I totally understand that Starbucks is super busy and I love Starbucks being a gold member myself! But I waited patiently with no complaints. I noticed that people who ordered drinks after me were getting their drinks before me, even with multiple orders. When it reached the 10 min mark I thought I'd go up and ask. The barista asked for my name and I said Mara. The other barista over heard and said he had it. Assuming he was making it right, but he was still passing out other orders before mine. The original barista asked for my name again after another few min. and said that it would be right out. They asked for my name one more time and both baristas were looking for my name......The original barista had my sticker order in front him. I thought that was fishy that the other barista said he had it. I didn't appreciate being brushed off when I was patiently waiting and only asked once if they had an order for Mara. My brother was getting frustrated for me. I just have never experienced customer service like this before.

Yesterday I walk in to this Starbucks and saw a cashier standing without mask sweeping the floor. She took my order and without washing her hand hold the cup and when I asked her to wash her hands she showed an attitude asking another girl to make my order. Very unprofessional and dirty environment. Never going back here

I come here all the time and everyone is always so sweet so I definitely need to lead with that! A little bummed today I ordered a drink with soy and no whip. I thought it looked weird and you guys told me it was my correct drink but for some reason had no markings on the cup and no sticker and looked pretty light compared to how it usually looks. I should've trusted my gut and not drank it since it looked like you guys maybe put whip on it then mixed it in so I couldn't tell? But it made me sick so please be aware that some people skip the dairy due to intolerance. Not sure if it was a new employee but maybe let them know so no one else has this experience in the future!

Service here is deplorable. I forgot to tell her I was paying with rewards and she literally scolded me for not telling her prior. After I told her it was supposed to be rewards is when she scolded me and when I confronted her for poor service and attitude, her response was "how do you want me to respond SIR". Appallingly!!
