I wish the service would be faster. Last time I came in there, waited for 2 orders before me, which I understand. And 4 orders after me, which I don't understand, why would you make me wait for my matcha latte for this long. The new hired girl always messes up my matcha, it's never blended completely, always chunky and dusty, I understand she is new, but can't someone teach her how to do it?! Came in this morning to get an iced latte and asked one of the bartenders to give me a straw and she looked like she was in a bad mood she gave me the straw didn't even looked at me she just threw it which was really rude, why work in the customer service environment if your not gonna be happy with your job

I am not a person to complain, however today I will leave a good review to help the community. Do not purchase here at this VONS Starbucks location. I came in at 3pm. Waited patiently in line, there were 3 employees clocked in and no one attended me. They simply stared and looked away. I waited because maybe they were busy making orders(no).
