Based on the reviews, this Starbucks Coffee Company location is a hit or miss experience. The baristas are always friendly with a "can do" attitude, and the service is very fast. The convenience of the app is loved for customization, and the pick-up station keeps things in check. However, the coffee order has not been tasting the same for the past 2 months, even for a popular drink with an added shot of espresso. It gets super busy in the mornings. One guest received a white chocolate mocha hot, grande that was basically a tall, not what was paid for. The music was also not background music and was very irritating, making it hard to relax. Despite this, some guests love coming to this location.
