Went to grab spring rolls and mango sticky rice to go. They said to wait 15-20 minutes. After 25 minutes I went to ask for the to go order. They didn't event started working in it. They said to wait 5 more minutes. After 7 minutes, they brought the food. It shouldn't have taken them almost half an hour for putting together simple spring rolls and mango sticky rice. Anyway very disappointed with the poor service.tge atmosphere is not that great either and food wasn't anything special.

Lotus is a quiet, unassuming spot, but very comfy and welcoming inside. The servers are very friendly, and the dishes come out fast! The best part: their wine by the glass is so reasonable (@ $7 they dont happy hour), so we stay a bit longer for the drinks.
Try Lotus if you want something different from the big restaurants in the complex. We go here about twice a month, and they never disappoint!
I love the food and the service here. For my girlfriend and I, it’s a nice relaxed atmosphere to enjoy lunch or dinner in. I really like the Tom Kha soup and my girlfriend liked the fried rice. I definitely recommend this place, especially on a cozy or cloudy day.
