I stopped by the Waba Grill on McKinley after a really long, stressful day and Anna completely turned it around. She was so kind, patient, and welcoming honestly the best customer service I’ve had in a while. She made the whole experience smooth and positive, and you can tell she genuinely cares about customers.

Food was great as always, but Anna’s service is what stood out. Employees like her make a huge difference. I’ll definitely be back!

Stopped by to grab a chicken and steak bowl and Jared was super friendly. Even saw him adjust an order for another customer on the spot, I could tell the staff here treat customers well

The team is attentive assisted by Willie and Liliana. Waba Grill sets high standard for customer service, making it a favorite spot to go to. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a delightful dining experience!
