I love this place so much. Now Coronado holds a special place in my heart and I’m saddened to say that I will be moving to another state. I work in Coronado and anytime I get to walk around, I always go in here when I get the chance to pick up a beverage or a new book! I’m trying to read more and this book store is keeping me on track! They have awesome selections and friendly staff who can give you recommendations, all in all, I love this place, I’m gonna miss Coronado.

My favorite thing to do on any vacation is find the local bookstore. Bay Books was one of my favorite mornings in Coronado. I had such a delightful conversation with the woman there, sorry I did not get her name, but after long conversations and a nod from my husband that it was “time to go” I decided on a book she recommended. I never would’ve picked out that book and I am absolutely loving it! This store is a true gem. It is hard to believe for the size of the store the large collection they actually have. Highly recommend for you to stop in.

A quaint little bookstore focused more on tourist type entertainment and they will order books they don't have. They have large fictional options and some great biographies including books about The Del and it's ghosts.A coffee cafe is attached and lovely seating outside.Although I'm a local from across the bridge, I felt welcomed as will every tourist who visits.

Breakfast Burrito was a solid size but lacking in flavor. Very dry. The Chai Latte also did not impress at all. Price overall was much too high for the quality.
Due to the size not a vast selection of books, hence the 4 stars. Friendly staff, nice cafe and good to have local business with books and some snacks to chill out and enjoy the Coronado weather.Glad it is not yet another sports bar or restaurant. Elevates the vibe a little.

Nice little bookstore on the main drag just off the Coronado bridge. Some good book selections like Mere Christianity, financial education and military books. Daughter was looking for Manga but couldn't find any, though they did have a substantial children's section with a selection of toys and puzzles. Bookmarks, scarves, sunglasses, earrings, reading specs and accessories, thank you cards.
