Every meal our table of five ordered was absolutely delicious - wonderfully prepared and presented halibut, lobster roll, scallops, steak and a calamari appetizer. We also managed to share two yummy creme brûlée after the meal.
I had shared before arriving that we were celebrating our 20th in the notes and had called weeks ahead of time requesting nothing special other than a nice seat with a view. My husband and I really enjoyed our visit to Bluewater Grill on Coronado. The food was excellent! I had shrimp and scallops pasta. The scallops were about the best I've ever had. Once the service arrived, our waiter was very nice. My only complaint was how long it took to actually get the service. We sat for 20 minutes before we even had water on the table.
