Brigantine Seafood & Oyster Bar

Our entire office went there for our Christmas dinner.After waiting for half an hour past our reservation we were seated without an apology.The food was mediocre,the service was ok,then they turned off some of the lights as a hint for us to leave and most of us were not done with our dinner.Most of those in our party were disgusted by the experience. We will Never go back , overrated for sure .

Customer service at bar was nonexistent, server at table failed to tell us a charge comes with splitting of plates. The interaction with the server was okay and one of our meals was cold.

We dined at Brigantine for our 48th Anniversary. When we checked in they told us, Happy Anniversary. Our waitress, Kristina, told us Happy Anniversary when she came to wait on us. Food was fantastic. Service was the best.

We both enjoyed our swordfish and salmon dishes. I thought the roasted brussel sprouts and pork belly appetizer was very good.

My family and I enjoyed dinner on a Tuesday evening during spring break. Our waiter was very nice and the ambience in the outdoor/indoor patio was a nice change from being completely inside. We shared the crab/shrimp Cobb salad and it was plenty of food for two people. I would even recommend sharing it for a group of 3-4 if you're looking for a side salad for each. I think we would come back again if we were looking to visit Coronado.

Enjoyed a lovely lunch with a cousin visiting from the Midwest at your restaurant. The service was attentive, the meal was very good and enjoyed the styllish atmosphere. Thanks!

We were visiting and this was our favorite meal the whole trip to San Diego. Beautiful setting, great service and the food was delicious. I also felt it was a great value for what we got. I appreciate the kids menu too. :)

Unfortunately, from starters (oysters and cocktail shrimps) to the mains (swordfish and fish tacos), the food was just bland with no particular taste. Strikingly, the seafood didn't not even smell of sea! Service and attention was good, but the food was far from desirable.

Our meal was serious as always ! Halibut is unbelievable! Celebrated my sister in laws birthday. She ordered the same ! Loved it ! Beautiful Coronado restaurant across for the Hotel Del . 💕👍🥰

We enjoyed a pleasant, Sunday afternoon meal at the Brigantine. We had requested exterior seating, which was ideal today. Perfectly prepared Golden Ale battered Cod was Delicious !! As well Wagyu Sliders with Fries. Drinks were refreshed regularly by our server. Condiments provided without our requesting but Greatly Appreciated !! Overall a Fantastic Meal and Environment !!! Thank You 😎 .

Stopped in for lunch on a Monday afternoon, no reservation needed. Was served by Ivanna who was great at recommending dishes and was super attentive and friendly, an asset to the restaurant. Service was quick and food was delicious! Would highly recommend and will return next time I’m in the area!

Location is perfect, server was so nice and great. As anticipated these spots in areas where customers are guaranteed, the food is bland and overpriced. Spent 11 dollars for not even close to a mouthful of 3 baked oysters with likely canned cheese over the top and some bagged tortilla crumbles. The crab cakes taste like nothing. At least a fillet of fish from McDonald’s has some kind of flavor. I broke the rule of trying the place twice before judging but dang it’s bad. Everyone seemed to be having a good time there but if you want almost decent food just go to the Chipotle across the street and save 60 dollars.

Ivanna was a fantastic server! Good was amazing, we had the special, the Blackened Sea Bass was delicious & the Swordfish was perfect! Great ambiance, sitting outside with the heaters on!
