I think the only reason I rated a 2 star was because as a first timer the staff did not make us aware that the pastries they offer you are not free and the fact they made us pay for our birthday dessert was a little odd to me. I’ve never been to a restaurant that charges you and most importantly don’t inform you. Of course I wasn’t going to fuss about it as the point was to make the person feel special. But when I saw those charges just caught me off guard.

Made a reservation for it not to be honored. The waitressing staff were AWFUL, never once came back to fill a water or ask if we wanted another round of drinks. 2/7 of the water glasses had lipstick on the glass that was still red. When it was time to pay they informed my party of 7 that they couldn’t split the bill more than 2 ways and when I tried to communicate the issues they went to get a manager who couldn’t speak English well enough to help.

If you don’t have a reservation don’t come to this place. After paying a very expensive parking we were just brush away. They say we don’t even wait in line since they were not accepting walk-ins. The only option we were giving is to keep checking every 15-20 minutes to see if they decide to open the walk-in line

I was disappointed with my experience here. The hostess wasn’t friendly and seated me at the bar after asking if I wanted to sit in the dining area with a view which was the reason I came. I later learned there was also a patio that wasn’t offered. Place was not full at all at the time I went. The food was underwhelming, and the service was slow with little attention throughout my meal. The place has potential, but overall it just didn’t live up to expectations.

Amazing view and spectacular staff! We’ve walked past often in the last year and finally went in. It is packed on the weekends so get a reservation. We walked in on a Monday without any issue.
Had both the traditional chilaquiles and the French toast plate. Big portions, sharing is an option. Mimosa flight is the way to go. Guava, mango, hibiscus and orange. All very tasty. Coffees are on point as well.
The view over the bay is unbeatable. The staff was friendly, conversational and efficient.
We will be back.

I have been here twice and the food is hit or miss. The service was horrible the last time we went. The vibe is cute, upbeat and fun, so I recommended it for brunch with girlfriends.. The hostess had a hard time letting the group sit at the bar and order a drink while waiting for the last member of the party to show up. Then they were rude about letting us sit on the patio. Apparently they have a 90 minute rule of dining in, but didn't mention it when seating us. They only told our table and didn't bother the table that had been there way longer.
We headed over to Bower hotel to check out their new rooftop bar and were greeted with champagne and a sweet hostess who as very attentive.
Overall great service and experience. We didn't have a reservation and they accommodate us. We sat at the bar. All the staff was friendly and attentive. The drinks and food were phenomenal. I Will definitely be coming back here soon!
