Cold Stone always is great, but the staff that work here are what make is 5 starts. I imagine they get tons of people but every time I order online or in person they are friendly and ready to assist at any moment!

I have had Cold Stones vegan chocolate silk ice cream (also available as a milkshake) twice, and it's okay. It is nothing revolutionary, but it is a vegan option at a chain, so my expectations are significantly lower. They also sometimes have vegan sorbets and always have vegan topping and, I believe, cones. For San Diego, there are so many better vegan ice cream options, but if you are already in the area, it is a decent choice.

Ice cream is great as always. Place is a bit messy and crowded, but the service is great. Better visit at non-peak hours to have a better experience.Ordered the French Vanilla with pretzel and reeses cups. AMAZING!
