Coronado Catering was key to the success of my wife's 60th birthday. Chef Bob coordinated with the party rental company for all required tables, chairs, and place settings for a private 25 family member event at a 12,000 square foot house. He was a chef for two customized breakfasts and a four course French dinner. He provided excellent communication during the planning stage and was actively engaged as there were a few changes made to the menu to accommodate a few people with specific food restrictions. Everything was on time and enjoyed by all. I would definitely use them again when I am back in town for another event.
