It was some valuables gone from my car tried to address it with no luck
Ask management to call me to address issue during Christams eve dinner in Crown room and nothing...no one cared during event either

Beware when reserving, that you get the right brunch! I called the hotel to book brunch 2 weeks in advance, and when I arrive and requested directions to the brunch we were taken to the Serea restaurant, not the brunch buffet pictured. The hotel did not provide any feedback by phone that there were multiple brunch options. I was prepared to spend up for the brunch experience pictured, but instead got an overpriced mediocre brunch menu. The $40 lobster roll tasted freezer burnt. The service was decent, but a little slow. Had I known we weren’t getting the full scale brunch I would have chosen a restaurant in town.

We indulged in the divine combination of steak and eggs, accompanied by crunchy fries and a heavenly Blood Mary. The setting, right on the beach, transported me to a different world, creating a captivating atmosphere reminiscent of a faraway country. The service was impeccable, deserving nothing less than a solid 5 stars. Overall, a perfect Sunday escape filled with culinary delights and beachside bliss.

Our server Anthony was excellent, this review has nothing to do with him. The problem I understand was the kitchen. I had Greek salad with shrimp & they over cooked the shrimp (b4 coming to the table) & needed to redo it. Totally it tool 1 hours to get our food & another 1/2 hr for ice cream. Then there is the $35 valet parking charge. We obviously used all out time at the restaurant & did not get to look around the hotel or beach. A bit of a disappointment & hubbys food was cold but he was starved & ate it. I don't think we'll be back.

False advertising! $1000 dollars for 4 people better be the best meal of my life. Nope. Goes down as one of the worst. The new way with these places now over promise and under deliver. Wasn’t even in the ballroom as advertised. No giant seafood buffet. Cold food. Blah sides and desserts.

The Thanksgiving Brunch was terrible, the food was cold and bland. The event was held in a large room that felt like it was a retirement home. The Crown Room was closed but they didn't tell you that until you arrived.

We had Manuel as our server for a table of 7 people. Amazing service with a smile! Food was delicious with live music. Manuel got us everything we asked for and with a smile! Served us endless mimosas and coffee. Manuel had a good knowledge of the menu and gave us great service! Will definitely be coming back!

Yum, we ate here almost every day in the hotel for a few days while we were staying here.

Best brunch I've ever been to. Has a hefty price tag but I truly felt the value in the price I paid. There is so much to try so make sure to pace yourself. Everything is good quality, prepared well and tastes amazing. Drink as many mimosas as you can.
