SEAL dive bar with all year Christmas lights. Decent draft beer available. I had a good Turkey burger and crispy onion rings.

Well, waitstaff was very flirty with two guys at the end of the bar.

Parking, good luck finding side stree parking and be prepared to walk a few blocks.
