Before entering the freeway headed in the direction of Los Angeles or Orange County I frequently pop in Dunkin' for a quick drink and a donut for the drive. Great tasting doughnuts and the drinks are good as well.

Please just close this place. The service is terrible every time. This time, they said I couldn't order anything blended because they just cleaned the blender and didn't want to reclean it before they closed in 20 mins.

I've stopped by here twice and been very dissatisfied both times. This time I drove from across Coronado to bring my son to get him a coolata. It was an hour and a half before closing but they informed me they had cleaned the device for closing and didn't want to make the drink. I'd understand if they were about to close... but it's over an hour from then.

Seems like the only decent workers are the two men. The others are always on their phones, don’t want to make certain drinks because they have to clean the machine, and are overall just moody. It’s a cushy job, your hours aren’t long, customer service should be top priority.

trash ass dunkin. give me my money back for the gas wasted. they dont tell you its in a military base until you drive. No dunkin allowed unless u become a slave to the government i guess. whoever didnt make it notify you that its on base go kill yourself

I wish i could give 0 stars. This was my last visit to dunkin. At this point i rather pay starbucks prices if it means i dont have to put up with the rude staff. I get that we have our off days but it seems like this location hires people who clearly DO NOT want to be there and hate their job. Today an employee named Kimberly was so rude and had an incredibly bad attitude. If the manager so happens to read reviews please bring it to her attention that she can at least pretend to enjoy her job. We the customers are not to blame so why take it out on us.

July 4th I went in at 0745 to get something to eat. The female employee was working getting things set up and I understand that. But 15 minutes went by as I stood there and she saw me. She didn't say a word. Assuming the rest of the service would suck, I left the store empty handed.

This one guy and girl that work week day mornings just stare at you like you’re annoying them and they just want you gone it’s kind of odd. I ordered two of something recently, said it loud and clear, and the girl comes up to the guy at the register and asks one or two, and he stared at me in the face and said one, next in line…

The customer service is pretty bad. There's this one guy that works weekday mornings and I usually see him. Him and this one girl are always so rude. They literally look at you when you walk up as if they are so annoyed you're even there and like they hate customers. Like sorry I'm not tryna bother you I just want coffee. And I always thank them for everything and say have a good day and try to smile even if they look angry but it never helps. The guy will literally ignore me when I say "thank you so much! Have a great day!", even if he saw me and heard me say it. And it's not even that busy there usually but when me or anyone I know walks up, they seem absolutely appalled that we even had the audacity to walk up to them. They even huff and sigh when we order. I love Dunkin' and I always am super nice to the workers, but it literally gives me anxiety to go to this location, even after almost two years of me going there, hoping the people won't be rude to me
