First time at I Bar. Been a fan since seeing Top Gun Mavericks version on big screen. Very small but very authentic and a tribute to all aviators. If you can go, get there.

Figured i had to stop by when in town to the bar Hard Deck was copied from. Cool place to visit and have a drink. Added my own units patch, met an astronaut, and had a few tasty beverages.

Parking: Ladies and Gents, all others keep the noise down. This is a military protocol first, sort of place, with a “don’t play the fool” class act, sort of, fun for all establishment.

The *Inspiration* for penny’s bar in Top Gun Maverick. Many elements were taken from the bar into the set used for the movie, including the bell for hats and cell phones on the table. Per CBS8’s segment on it, the bar was too small to film on.
