$10.00 minimum on buying alcohol. Reminds me of old rules from 20 years ago.

"Hi Barbie!"
"Hi Ken!"
Team Barbie and I rolled in Coronado's sole dive bar around 9:30am on Thursday, July 4th. A little preparty before marching in the famous Coronado 4th of July Parade. Interior is from the 1980s or 70s...but still clean, dark, faded red carpet, vintage wood panel walls, beer decor, a single pool table in the back, an older, friendly and gentlemanly bartender, and a clientele that was 90% men at this early hour.

Three craft lager beers and a generous mimosa was $29, which I thought was very reasonable in an expensive, ritzy, and yuppy filled city like Coronado.

I Definitely Have Been Here Before. Yeah Not My First Choice To Watch A Sporting Event. I Actually Only Came Here Because The Restaurant I Was @ Closed Around 8:30 pm. Oh Yeah Wasn't Ready To Go Home Yet. I Guess If You're In The Navy This Place Is Alright. I'm Definitely Not Crazy About The Service Here. I Guess If You're On The Peninsula & Every Other Place If Closed You Can Come Here?

Parking: I Definitely Always Have Problems Finding Parking In This Area. Yup Definitely Hate The Parking On The Peninsula 💯.

Wheelchair accessibility: I Actually Did See This Place Is Handicap Friendly. I Also Seen Wheelchair Access To This Place.

A very cool clean dive bar. Bartender was good and the other patrons were friendly. I'll be back

Waste of your time, faster to get a beer at the store across the street.

Little hole in the wall with military members telling their stories of when they went there in the 1990's! Fun, dark place to wet your whistle!

I'm seeing some reviews calling out the Irish Bartender here and my experience was quite the opposite. He was such a fun person to talk to, gave us great reccs, told us some fun stories. We were visiting from Chicago and the Little Club as a whole reminded me of dive bars back home. Struck up some great conversation, some great tunes, and again the gentleman bartender was what kept us staying there for x amount of hours. If you don't understand what a dive bar is maybe your expectations are skewed this place was a blast to my friends and I. Why would you want to wait an hour to be seated to have a drink when you can go here, have a few beverages, get some reccs for SD and share some stories in the process to make you feel at home! I hope the next time I visit SD the Irishman is there, cheers!

Coronado is fancy and extravagant...this place isn't that. As a tourist this is the place I felt most comfortable.

Sometimes you just want to go where everybody knows your name. And they're always glad you came.Regrettably, the Little Club bar is not that place.Upon walking in we were immediately greeted by the bartender with what I can only describe as the "stink eye". Several members of our party quickly got the vibe that we had entered a private space for locals where we weren't wanted.Never ones to stay where we aren't wanted, we took our filthy tourist money and went somewhere else.My recommendation: if you're a tourist, find another spot.

In case you’d like to take it back to the dark dive bar days this is the spot for you. Cheap drinks, pool table, music from a jukebox (the new kind) and all the memorabilia from the old days of the Navy and Coronado reminds you of a different time.

The new Irish Bartender is terrible at his job. He’s rude to customers. He burns locals. someone please explain to me why he even has a job there? Dude is a racist and hates the military. Like Ernie has owned the place for so long and I still do not see why he allows such arrogance in his establishment. I was industry for 12 years and even if I so much as offended someone I was asked to forfeit my position, yet here in “ 10/10” , “5 star” Coronado you have people like this walking around. It’s embarrassing to the community.
