This McDonald’s is literally the worst location ever…the manager likes to escalate situations when asked about issues rather than diffuse them..shown In the picture is a burger I received from the counter..it looks like some one threw it out a packing truck..this is a military base I’d rather have no McDonald’s than one who disrespects me like this

I have dietary restrictions and hate vegetables and only like to eat when someone is watching so, my waiter and a fellow restaurant goer watched as I. shoveled a Big Mac® Quarter Pounder®* with Cheese Double Quarter Pounder®* with Cheese Triple Cheeseburger Double Cheeseburger McDouble® Bacon McDouble® Cheeseburger Hamburger Chicken & Sandwiches Bacon Smokehouse Buttermilk Crispy Chicken Bacon Smokehouse Artisan Grilled Chicken 4 piece Chicken McNuggets® Buttermilk Crispy Tenders Classic Chicken Sandwich Artisan Grilled Chicken Sandwich Buttermilk Crispy Chicken Sandwich McChicken®Hot Fudge Sundae McFlurry® with M&M'S® Candies Kiddie Cone Hot Caramel Sundae Strawberry Sundae McFlurry® with OREO® Cookies Baked Apple Pie Strawberry & Crème Pie Chocolate Chip Cookie and an Oatmeal Raisin Cookie into my chubby food hole as I need all this food for dinner because my stomach is a bottomless pit all the food was exquisite and deliciouso as the Italians say waiter was also very attentive and refilled soda 8 times will absolutely return for my late night snack tonight!

Chairs were a little too small for my massive body might like to upgrade the chairs to plus size standard bodies such as mine portions were a little small also and may not be suitable for the pkus size fat queen communities needs

Dietary restrictions: I am on a diet and I'm limiting myself to only 40,000 calories a day to lose some weight and this was the perfect amount of food for my snacking needs

We went on the Fourth of July. We understood it was busy and they were under staffed, what we didn’t understand is when we asked to cancel our order after an hour of waiting and the fireworks about to start, the lady we spoke to said she did not have authorization to cancel orders, but we had watched her cancel 3 peoples orders in front of us. The workers were rude, disrespectful to multiple people. I understand it is a high stress time, and I feel for the workers but respect goes a long way. We walked out not getting our food, and not getting a refund or our order canceled.

Not trying to join the military to enjoy the only McDonald’s on the Island is Coronado.What do people do who live on the Island and want to eat McDonald’s?My friend does door dash and he gets deliveries for McDonald’s. Does the military base McDonald’s location not actually participate in 3rd party application delivery workforce for Coronado Island Navy Base location in order to preserve national security? What about the workforce of the McDonald’s on base? Are all employees active military members?Thankfully I was able to find another McDonald’s heading south off the scary high bridge and taking first exit off 5 South.

Parking: You are not allowed to this McDonald’s without military credentials.

Good service in. Minus 1 Star for never having shakes flurries etc due to constantly broken machineUpdate as of April 22, 2024. Times have changed, service is sub-par. Ordered breakfast via the app at 1015 so I could get breakfast. Order placed, payed and received order number. Arrived to pick up my order about 15 minutes later only to find out it had been cancelled because it wasn’t available because lunch started at 10:29. Didn’t bother to order lunch because it typically takes them about 20-25 minutes to start getting out lunch orders. Hence the reason I ordered early for breakfast.

When they gave us our food the bag had blood all over it aswell as the food and when we went back the lady had blood on her face and hands from picking her scabs I assume and then was rude when we asked for a new order.
