I went in for a quick meal at around 2:30am and waited for my order to be ready. They called my number around 2:45am. I was missing 1 burger so I informed them and they placed the burger in the bag. I double checked my order and realized the fries were brown in color, cold and no flavor. So I asked for fresh fries, the lady at the front desk said sure. So I left my bag in the counter and walked away. I didn’t get the new fries until 3:00am and when I received them I noticed they were the same fries just more oily. I notified the lady at the front desk and she immediately tossed them to the trash and actually opened a new bag of fries to cook. She notified the other lady who initially took the first batch of fries to give me large fries. She responded by saying “why do you want to give him large fries” and she informed her because of the inconvenience. But she kept saying just give him the 2 small fries. I ended up getting the large fries which were fresh, golden and freshly salted. I told her that these fries were actually fresh and that she just put the old fries to heat up and it wasn’t right. She never apologized but said the cameras are here so you could see I put a fresh batch of fries. So please I just ask that the footage be reviewed and that worker be supervised because this isn’t the first incident with her. The other incident was in the drive through when she was taking my order and she was laughing and kept saying wait what was your order again? I understand we are in a military base but the least they can do is stay professional even in the morning hours and treat the customers with respect. I wish I could provide photos of the fries before they tossed them to the trash.

Spent almost 45 mins just to get a McMuffin. I was waiting at the speaker for 15 mins before someone even took my order it is insane. Hands down the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to and it has been like this for the last year.

Ordered 2 holiday pies to go through the app, got there and they gave me to apple pies saying they were out but let me pay for crap I didn't want.

terrible service

My stomach turns every time I’m told to “pull into a parking spot.” At this location, two minutes somehow turns into half an hour — every single time. The level of inefficiency is beyond unacceptable.

This McDonald’s consistently delivers the worst service I have ever experienced. Orders take excessively long, staff show little urgency or courtesy, and there seems to be a complete lack of competent management. The entire operation either needs a full staff overhaul and new leadership, or it should make way for a different food chain capable of meeting basic customer service standards.

It’s incredibly disappointing that this is the only drive-through option on base, leaving those stationed or working here with no alternative. Our service members and personnel deserve far better than this. Hopefully, someone in charge takes this seriously and initiates real change.

My curbside order was missing a drink. I told the person who brought out my items, but they never went back, didn’t inform anyone, and just went on break even after seeing me go inside. Really?

Happened twice now, I have gone through drive thru and ordered food to be told to wait out front. Waited out front for about 20 minutes before going inside to see whats taking so long. Turned out they just left my food on the counter and when I asked them about it they said that I had placed it online for pick up.

Worst McDonald’s ever. I understand they’re on a base with ships that hold thousands of people and get overwhelmed but you always wait an hour + to get the simplest things and by the time you get your food it’s cold. On top of that when ever they are rushing the orders they just stack everything on top and now your food is also getting crushed. They have no organization and no control over the customers who keeping crowding the counters or going behind the counter to wait on the food. This location needs serious restructuring. Only come here because it’s the only thing open late enough when I can finally get off the ships. May as well just shut it down

Not so fast food for sure. Waited in drive through for 30 minutes just trying to get out of it. Ordered curbside and it said 2-5 mins till ready and it's been 30 minutes. Never had worse customer service. This base either needs to close this building or fix the service because this is unacceptable. The food isn't even that good
