Craving some fruit, I decided to check out Parakeet Juicery for their açaí bowls and various juice options. Opting for the protein açaí bowl, I was excited about its delicious appearance of photos I had seen. However, when I placed my order, they were out of vanilla protein and could only offer chocolate. A small hole-in-the-wall juicery/smoothie bar on Orange. The have a fairly broad menu with a lot of options. The store is little but they do make some pretty tasty stuff. It’s slightly pricey (though it’s expected due to location) and I think the smoothie (at least the pink crush) is perhaps a bit too sweet. The employees seemed just a bit lackadaisical, but they were all right for the most part. 4/5 for this juicery.

We were strolling through Coronado & decided to stop into Parakeet Juicery. Their Green Goddess smoothie is to die for! A little pricey @ $13 for a 16 oz, but amazing nonetheless. The interior is super playful & fun & the employees were very nice. Will def stop in again when in the Coronado area!
