The lobster was good. The Halibut Mai'a was phenomenal. The lobster Mac was excellent too. Our server, Haley, was professional and attentive.

Peohe's is one of my favorites restaurant,the views are beautiful. Last night we ordered 3 filet mignon, 2 of which were overcooked. Very disappointing. They did make us new ones but it's upsetting because my other friend didn't start eating until we all had our food. Which I'm sure made her steak cold. I expect better from peohe's.

Whatever you do, do not order the sushi. It was terrible, very fishy and not good flavor combinations. The chicken entree was great and the service was wonderful but the sushi was some of the worst I've had, especially for the price point.

This is a great restaurant and a great food option when staying on Coronado Island. The fish dish I order had a unique flavor and chocolate soufflé was amazing. Also-we took our 6 month son and the staff was very accommodating in finding a table with a review that worked with his stroller...😊

The food and service was excellent. The place was clean, quiet, and well kept. We had the seafood tower which was very well presented and tasty. The only complaint would be the dirty wine glasses and silverware that we had to point out to the server.

Previous visits were great. Tuesday must have been an off night. Unfortunately service was slow. It took 1/2 hour to get our drinks. Food was okay. Ambiance is always spectacular. The view, full moon, etc. Always take our out of town guests here.

I pondered whether to write this review as I usually only like to give kudos to outstanding restaurants. The food at Peohe's is average. We started with the pu pu platter - most items lacked flavor. Tuna poke was the best thing on the platter. Clam chowder was average at best. Dinner rolls were hard. Sea bass was very good as was the prime rib. The two pasta dishes were a miss. Restaurant had a very nice view. Our server was pleasant.

I have very mixed feelings about this place - the food is great and the atmosphere is amazing with absolutely gorgeous views. However, we made a reservation at 7.15 and weren’t sat until 7.45 - the hostesses shout out names instead of texting which is strange for a prestige place. Furthermore - little heating outside, we were freezing, when asked to be moved, they said they didn’t have any spaces, even though we booked a place inside. The server did great - our food and drinks took a while, but they were super busy that night.

We were a party of 8. I took 20 minutes to seat us even when we had a reservation. The hostess was very rude. Our servers were really nice but the actual service was horrible. I took 15 minutes for them to approach the table and it was sooooo slow after that . Food was good.

A one hour wait just to be seated with a reservation. Undoubtedly the most poorly run restaurant in San Diego and perhaps the entire West Coast! I will never return here or any of the the restaurant owned by this group. In the last month almost half of the reviews are 1 star. DO NOT GO HERE unless you want the worst service
