The appetizer fried calamari and the main dishes—pizza and pasta—were absolutely delicious. I was amazed because the pasta was even better than what I had in Italy. The restaurant’s interior was charmingly decorated, creating a wonderful atmosphere. In particular, the wall murals matched perfectly with both the visual and culinary experience. The staff were very friendly and took the time to explain everything in detail, which helped us order and enjoy the food to the fullest as foreigners.

Sultan suggested this pasta and was very good. We ordered 4 types of pasta and everything was very well cooked to perfection.

Pizza was good, the carbonara pasta made me sick. Something was off there

Amazing spot! Great location, fantastic service, and delicious food. The chicken parmigiana is a must, and the tiramisu is next-level.

Wanted to love it, but wasn’t wowed by this place. Looks nice, food presents well. Truffle fries were good. Veal was tender but Marsala sauce was a little bland. Surprisingly for an Italian spot there was no bread served and the 13$ sangria was not good.

Rosemary Trattoria is one of my best kept SD restaurant secrets. The food is delicious, the people are friendly and the restaurant atmosphere is always inviting. One of my favorites in town!

Amazing Italian food that was very high quality. Pasta, salad, and cannoli were very authentic. Service could have been better due to the fact our server that night was also the bartender but, the host and the kitchen staff were helpful. Expensive but worth it for a spurge date night.

Exceptional service and an incredible dining experience! The server Steven was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The food and drink offerings were great - each dish was nicely presented, and the selection of drinks was impressive. Highly recommend when you’re around the Coronado beach area.

We made a reservation for a Wednesday evening but wouldn’t have needed it. We rolled up to this pleasantly quaint Italian-style restaurant and were seated right away. Very much a family feel with several locals and the staff all very much acquainted. The food was 10/10 amazing. Sangria was phenomenal! It is a small spot so depending on the night, I would consider a reservation, but if you are in the mood for Italian, this place can’t be beat!

Calamari wasn’t fresh. Chicken parmigiana was over toasted. And it was expensive. 25$ for burnt chicken. 19$ for fishy calamari.
