Everything about this location is great. Good staff, food quality. Cali burrito and shrimp burritos are delicious

The food is good, but the employees don't pay attention to the order. I ordered the salad with Chicken and they gave me a bowl with no Chicken. There were only 2 of us customers at the time of order. The staff are hanging out standing leaning on the counter playing with their phones, and the cashier was sitting on the counter where the coffee or tea maker or machine is at. I dont know about y'all, but I will never go back there, as it is unsanitary. These are the restaurants that need to close down for being unsanitary. The management needs to do better with their sanitation because theyre handling food. Can you just imagine what they do in the back while preparing your food?

Messed up my order chips instead of rice like I asked for no chipotle sauce in my shrimp and bacon burrito and 0 bacon in it.

You would think this Rubios was being shut down. Maybe it should. The amount of steak they put in the burritos is ridiculous. 14 dollar rice and bean burrito.

Haven't been on base forever. But having Rubio's here almost made me want to move back to Cali. Food and service was top tier. Thank you!!

Maybe it would be worth mentioning that this location is on Navy Base and NOT ACCESSIBLE to general public?

Definitely better than the average fast food place. Has your burritos and bowls as well as some drinks. I had the burrito especial and it was pretty good.

Better than your typical fast food. Many options for vegetarians... just ask. We love the Grilled Veggie Burrito especial. Take one minute and download the app as you'll always get something... free drink, chips and guacamole, other side. Hoping the location in Oceanside off College reopens soon!

Consistently out of/don't have/discontinued all the best menu items. Frequently gets orders wrong and they get sinppy at you if you ask for what you actually ordered.

Warning - location seems to be on the military base and is not accessible to civilians.

I like the food at Rubio's, never had a problem before. If you are out of chips, tell me you are out. Don't fill my order like this. Hoping this is a one-time issue
