Fun, efficient staff. Great food and atmosphere! We were a group of four women who shared a salad, three appetizers and an entree. We enjoyed each choice and felt completely satisfied.

Loved the whole fish sea bass. Presentation and taste was perfection. The swordfish tacos as an app were delicious and unique as were the Brussel side. We had great service from our server Brett

Went to this restaurant to celebrate my 60th birthday while staying at the hotel hotel. Our waiter, Brett, was fantastic and made great food recommendations, as well as providing excellent service.

After browsing through several restaurants trying to decide what to eat, I'm so glad we ended up here! I used to work at this hotel resort, but this was my first time dining at the restaurant—and it did not disappoint. Our waiter—whose name I, unfortunately, forgot—was incredibly attentive and helpful. He made a few great recommendations that helped us decide. My friend went with the salmon, and I chose the cauliflower, paired with a refreshing glass of Aperol. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented. We sat overlooking the beach, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. It felt like we were transported to a whole different place—calm, scenic, and serene. The combination of the food, the service, and the setting made for a really special experience. Highly recommend!

Horrible tasted and small seafood platter..had broken shells in the oysters, and the prawns and lobsters were tasty, and somehow cost $145..... the hotel was also renovating, didn't look pretty at all..

Food was good, but service was extremely slow. Took about 25 minutes from seating to drinks and our appetizers never delivered. Server corrected it after we said something, but still charged us for the item which seemed a bit much. He clearly was not interested in our table for whatever reason. Prices were fair and view amazing, service was terrible.

Situated within view of the beach, Serea is a great place for any meal - breakfast, brunch, or dinner. I have eaten all these at Serea and enjoyed each of them. The food is delicious, with a great variety of dishes with Serea's own unique touches. And the service is first class. The Benedict choices alone are worth a visit, but they also have amazing lamb dishes. As someone who grew up loving lamb, I give high praise to Serea.

Nice ambience, outdoor eatery. I only had ceviche and it was okay. Staff friendly & menu experts. I’d go with their suggestions. I wish I would’ve tried brunch.

We had vouchers by booking with Costco Travel so we ate there 3 times. First up was brunch with shrimp and smoked polenta, oysters and the crab cake benadict which was the winner. Next up was the charcoal grilled octopus which was the by far the best the best octopus dish I’ve ever bad and the swordfish kabob that was also great. Last was brunch again with lobster benadict and green chicken chilaquiles.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Serea Coastal Cuisine, and I can confidently say it was one of the most memorable meals I’ve ever experienced. Nestled on a stunning island, the location is absolutely breathtaking, especially during sunset. The ambiance is beautifully designed, creating the perfect backdrop for a special evening.

From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond. The service was impeccable—just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, they surprised us again with their attention to detail and genuine hospitality. It’s clear that no expense is spared when it comes to customer service, and it truly enhances the dining experience.

Let’s not forget the food! Each dish was expertly crafted and delicious, making it hard to choose a favorite.

This meal was memorable not just because of the delightful cuisine and gorgeous scenery, but also because of the exceptional service. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or just looking for a remarkable dining experience, I highly recommend Serea Coastal Cuisine. You won’t be disappointed!

I found Sarea on the Michelin star website and thought we would give it a try. It did not disappoint. Definitely one notch above. The ambience, the service the food! We definitely recommend the octopus and the kampachi. The fresh fire roasted fish was like nothing I've ever had before. So unique and fresh. It was our 34th wedding anniversary and the manager Manual came over to congratulate us. What an amazing experience. It is a must in San Diego.
