This Starbucks is within walking distance of my house, so I come here often. It’s a very busy location and my experience is hit or miss. Some days everything is fast and correct, and other days parts of my order are wrong or missing, like cold foam or even vanilla syrup in a vanilla latte. When mistakes happen, it can take a while to get them fixed.
The staff are friendly and clearly working hard, but consistency could definitely be better.

Me and my fiance were walking from skating near the sea in Coronado the location closed at 9:00 p.m. we arrived at 8:58 p.m. and the staff there did not treat us as an inconvenience we did not order any food but we did order an upside down caramel macchiato we were there last customers that night I really enjoyed the fact that they had a wall dedicated to people's pets we will definitely be going back if we are in the area

Walked in on a pretty busy Friday afternoon. We ordered a black coffee and a pumpkin cream cold brew with extra cold foam. The coffee tasted like water with a little bit of dirt in it and the pumpkin cream cold brew wasn’t made right. This is one of my favorite drinks and I’ve ordered it at multiple locations. They forgot the sprinkle topping and the very little cold foam they had on my drink was flat. The cold brew itself also didn’t taste very good. It was pretty busy at this point and the staff seemed grumpy so we didn’t bother saying anything. Overall not the best experience.

Stopped by this A.M. prior to visiting old college friends that live in Coronado. We were helped by Kimo -what a super employee! So nice and helpful. Good job Starbucks managers. The other employees were also sweet/friendly managing all the customers.

I tried this location for the first time and was disappointed. When I walked in, I got shouted at from behind the counter. Apparently Starbucks requires that their employees shout “WELCOME IN!” to every person who enters the coffee shop. Ten years ago this wasn’t really a thing, but apparently now businesses think that it shows customer acknowledgement and good service. In reality it achieves the exact opposite. Nobody likes being yelled at, no matter what is being said. I got really annoyed when multiple people yelled at me on this visit. And the shouting continued for everyone as I tried to sit inside and enjoy my coffee in peace. Every few minutes I heard the shouting “WELCOME!”. I’m a local and will not be back.
