Today we went for a coffee, the boy who served us was in a bad mood, when he prepared the drinks he did it reluctantly and, added to that, when he gave it to us, he threw it at us. Terrible service.

My sister and I went to this locations yesterday, October 23, 2023. We ordered, the Male cashier was very friendly and even made small talk with both of us. Now this is where I was pretty upset, my sister got her drink, an Iced Matcha. Mind you there were absolutely no one who had ordered before or after us, plus a couple mobile orders. I ordered a caramel ribbon frappe. I got up to order another chocolate croissant, the barista “Sabrina” randomly said “We’re working on your order” I glance at her and at the counter and she was not doing anything but talking and laughing with her co workers while the frappe cup was still on the counter!!! Obviously not working on it. I waited approximately 20 minutes for the frappe. During the spam of those 20 other customers had already order after us. She literally worked on those orders before mine and still said “Where working on it” after I politely let them know I was still missing an item. Over all this has been the worst and most disgusting customer service I’ve ever received. I am certainly unsatisfied and ashamed Starbucks have these type of employees. If I where a secret shopper I’d fail this location.

I ordered 2 Carmel ribbon crunches with extra Carmel and extra crunch toppings, cheese Danish, and a butter croissant. We received our Fraps with no extra Carmel and no extra crunch topping, and they never gave me my Danish or croissant. I let the male person in charge know that I never received my food and he told me to show him proof of purchase. I showed him my Starbucks App, it clearly shows that I paid for it and the time. He kept asking me if I ordered it on line or in the store. I kept telling him I ordered it in the store and I pointed out the girl who took my order. He then told me that he has no record of me purchasing the food but he will go ahead and make me another one. I was like, you never made me the first one. I showed him the purchase on the app again to prove that i paid for it and he told me with attitude "I said I will make you another one." I wanted to go off on him for embarrassing me in front of all the customers and talking to me the way he did, but I didn't want to make a scene, so I kept quiet and told him thank you. He then made me wait some more and helped other customers with there food and then about 5 minutes later he gave me my food. I will never come here again.
