I walked in to this subway to get a footlong dipper tonight. It’s a simple chicken and cheese wrap and the worker preparing it did not understand so his coworker was providing assistance but also being rude & unprofessional. Something that was said out loud was, “next time don’t ask the customer what they want” simply because I wanted a different cheese on the chicken and cheese wrap. I don’t believe this service maintained professionalism at any time during the encounter.
