This burger is AMAZING. Get it for breakfast, lunch and dinner, that’s how good it was. Our server Tara was absolutely fantastic, walked us through the menu and told us everything we NEEDED to get. Can not recommend Hotel Del and the Sun Deck more. Even better if you get Tara as your server.

Went to the sun deck at hotel Del. For a drink for our anniversary ordered two $22 drinks. They returned in two small plastic cups. My wife’s signature drink was OK but too sweet. My $22 margarita was sour as a lemon and two took two sips and could not drink it Because it was too sour. not only that because the cup was small, it had a little ice and was warm! I decided to get a beer instead they returned and came back with a beer in another small reusable plastic cup 12 ounce. I took two sips and noticed the rim of the cup was coated in lipstick. I just about puked because I put my mouth on the lipstick. I told the waitress and she said oh sometimes they don’t get washed properly… Totally inexcusable! Not even an apology from the waitress. I expect way more from the hotel Del. I told her the bartender, or you should’ve noticed the lipstick on the rim of the glass and not served it to me. I’ve been coming there for quite a bit and it’s gone downhill over the last 10 years plastic cups for a $22 drink. I will not go there again for just the view as I have done in the past!!!! I was totally disgusted and I can imagine how the rest of the stuff is if they don’t wash their glasses properly and use plastic cups serving $22 drinks! you should expect more don’t go there!
It says to seat yourself. So I sat down and waited 10 minutes for a menu...couldn't order from the person that brought the menu....and then the server never came lol

Tacky tourist trap. Only positive is the view. Seat yourself, and the worst overall service I’ve experienced in a while. Food customizations were forgotten, and we were barely checked on. Tables were not cleaned between parties, garbage and food on the floor. Extremely bland food. Save yourself the disappointment and money, avoid this place.

The waitress pretended that some sides came with the dish we ordered so that we would spend more. When I pointed it out to her after receiving the check, she dealt with it by giving me a military discount. She was also very slow to serve and didn't have a good attitude. I can see the servers talking and hanging out and not paying much attention to customers. I don't remember anything about the food. It's situated on a nice location in a beautiful hotel. Too bad the service ruined the experience.
