Really sad and strange to send a fully burnt item out to a customer. I also had a Royale that I thought seemed strange but I was eating in the dark. This was unmistakably burnt though. I really love this place but I’m sad and confused — there’s no way this was a mistake. It’s very very dark on all sides.

The pork tacos (3 small shells) were grilled and extremely greasy. I couldn’t even get the grease off my hands with my cloth napkin. Luckily I had a few wet wipes in my purse. The ran bisque was good My server was very attentive.

We had brunch here on Saturday. The waffles are absolutely delicious! The eggs benedict was fantastic too. I should have taken pictures. I have been coming to this Nordstrom since it was built in the 80's. I have never eaten here. This place is awesome and I will be back as the menu looks fantastic.

Amazing burger 🍔 & Chardonnay wine 🍷 & all the wines are excellent! Monday through Friday. Happy hour is 2:30 PM to 5 PM. The atmosphere is relax, chilling & customer service friendly & nice view with lots of windows looking out to Mt Tamapalis 🏔️ cheers 🥂

Had lunch here last week. I thought the food was great! We both ordered a salad topped with salmon that was great. The salmon was seasoned nicely. After the main course we had bread pudding .I really didn't know what to expect going to lunch here but was very happy with our choice. You can also see the mountains out the window. CAME BACK A SECOND TIME- coffee was not as good and had a very long wait to be served .

Took my elderly mother for lunch and the food was terrible we had eggs Benedict - eggs overcooked brioche toast soggy and potatoes overcooked would not recommend dining here lousy food although the waiter came by to check but by that time food was cold and to late as we were very hungry . Will go to Cheesecake Factory next time which is nearby in shopping complex. So disappointed in Nordstrom as the store is my favorite

Posting this review because this is the worst Caesar salad I’ve ever been served. Ordered this $20+ chicken salad to go and it was very soggy and lots of the lettuces were brown. Croutons were hard and stale. The chicken was great and that was it.
