Made a reservation at 6, which was the latest time a reservation could be made. We called to confirm because we knew they closed at 7. We were the only people there, and I think the manager took us to our table and ordered our drinks. 2 minutes later the server comes to take our order, and we told him we needed 5 more minutes to look at the menu. When he comes back he states "the kitchen is closed that's why I wanted to take your order 5 minutes ago. The chef left for the night" but after talking to the manager he said the chef doesn't leave til 7, and we had plenty of time to put our order in. While ordering entrees he asks if we want dessert and we have to put the order in immediately because the kitchen is closed.. we were the only people in the whole restaurant and we were being rushed for no reason. I will never go back. Food was good. But service was TERRIBLE

We were treated. by Nordstrom Ted Reed first a silent auction fundraiser package! I introduced my friend to Brazille as she did not even know this restaurant existed. We loved everything food service atmosphere!

Excellent salad with salmon. Can't believe I didn't even know about it for all these years. Comfortable, great service and variety of American food. Quiet, comfortable and convenient. A bit pricey for a lunch while shopping but a good dinner option if shopping after dinner. Salad with fresh salmon was $19.

our wait person was great. great. food was delicious. but allowing dogs in the restaurant (together with their dog bed) is ridiculous. this was NOT a service dog. come on, nordstrom! i'm tired of tripping over dog leashes and shopping with dogs in the store. nordstrom's is not a dog park. having said that, allowing a dog in the restaurant is absurd.

Food arrived in reasonable amount of time, tasty and at appropriate temperatures. Service staff seemed a bit off, perhaps short-staffed, under-trained or perhaps there were problems going on that were not apparent to us in the kitchen or with other servers? Not sure. We will go back for another lunch. I will be able to recommend favorably overall.

Bazille is a very convenient place to eat while shopping. And the food was good...especially the ricotta lemon cookies!!! But something was off the day we were there...slow to non existent service. They must have been terrible short staffed because we had to flag someone down to get anything. The people were lovely, but something wasn't working right. I hope it was just an off day.

Brazille is an excellent resto for quiet dining with a very good menu and fine service. My guest and I were there in the early afternoon on a weekday - I'm guessing it is is busier and less quiet at other hours of the day, but today was just what I needed.

Slow service but has a very nice view of the mountains. The apps are small so not great for a full meal. The iced tea was how I like it, just black tea with no sugar.
I brought my friend here for her birthday lunch. We were seated promptly. It was a lovely atmosphere with a fresh and seasonal menu. We ordered salads, both were delicious! My salad had fresh berries with candied nuts and goat cheese. Highly recommend. For dessert we shared the strawberry shortcake and each had a coffee. I will definitely come back!

Terrible food and service was lacking. Staff was unfriendly and seemed annoyed that we were asking for water. I ordered a salad with tortilla chips in it and they were so stale that I couldn't chew them. Came because we had a discount. Won't be back

Food was great- tomato basil soup was stellar and the chicken lime tacos were outstanding. There were several people who were really good but our server was not. He seemed like he didn't want to be there and was confused about items on the menu. Then he gave us the wrong bill and said “it happens “. Good news- others picked up his slack.
