Just wanted a bottle of water. They have a self service option to skip the line, but no one seems to pay attention to the orders. 11 minutes and had to ask a second person to get it.

I have been to a boudins a few times, but what made this experience stand out was Ivan. We asked him about the history of Boudins and his passion and explanation of how the bread is made wowed us. I have greater appreciation for Boudins and feel that Ivan is a great asset to this establishment .

We had a wonderful experience at Boudin, thanks to Ivin’s exceptional service! He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made our visit feel truly special. What stood out the most was how he took the time to educate us on how their famous sourdough bread is made. His explanations were engaging, informative, and added a fun, personal touch to our meal. Very disappointed. The girl at the counter said she couldn't take our order and had to use your kiosk ordering. She didn't speak English. Which led to a long slow line to try and place our order. Now we've waited almost 1/2 hour and still haven't been served. Ridiculous. We come often and can't believe it is so bad and slow today. So many people waiting. Not sure what's going on with your staff. Makes us never want to come back again

Staff can never answer any questions. Refuse to tell you how much longer until your order is ready, just say “a little bit” or “we go in the order we receive them”. Meanwhile they move as slow as slugs while customers wait and wait and WAIT. Won’t ever go there again.
Check your take out orders. My sandwich was missing half the ingredients (the good ones)!

Right there on the frontage road was Boudin, so I whipped it on in to check it out.. I wasn't much for a clam chowder in a bread bowl, so opted for a quick sandwich, and only because those Hansen twins were in there eating salads talking about the good old days at Salvador Elementary school...boy that brought back memories! And, when I left alI I could think about were the 2 sandos I had...they were Amazing! ☆☆☆☆☆

I just wanted to let you all know whenever my wife and I would visit this Boudin location we always enjoyed our meals. There were other places to eat nearby, but we would always come back to Boudin for their fresh sandwiches and salads because they were always consistently good and a friendly staff as well. They have nice, outdoor seating as well. Good food and good people are always a plus...you will find it here.
