Food portions a little on the light side, always have been skimpy compared to the competition. Food is passable -- a "B or B-." Small portions.WHAT REALLY BOTHERED ME is that this place slips in a credit card fee at the conclusion of the meal without telling the customer. They just tack it on. At first the server came to the table and shoved a credit card machine in my face for me to just pay without even showing a bill. When the numbers didn't add up in my head I asked for a printed bill and the server begrudgingly provided it with a sour look on her face, acting like I was being unreasonable. No wonder.....this place tries to scam the customer. It was only a little over a dollar-fifty, but IT'S THE PRINCIPLE.SCAM A HUNDRED CUSTOMERS A DAY FOR A DOLLAR AND IT ADDS UP TO $100 PER DAY. VERY SNEAKY AND DISHONEST, AND THIS IS NOT THE AMERICAN WAY. Do they actually profit an extra $3,000 of hidden "scam fees" a month if they average $100 of "scam fees" a day? When did this start? What's up with a restaurant charging fees and hiding it from the customer? It certainly wasn't stated on the menu that fees would be tacked on to the bill. Unethical. Not gonna go back there just on the principle of this place's bad business practices.

I had heard good things about this place. I was not disappointed! I had the fish. It was very well seasoned and cooked. Probably some of the county's healthiest food options.

Parking: There is generally a lot of available parking in this large shopping cener.

Wheelchair accessibility: Ground floor and easily accessible.

Delicious food, is rated so much lower than it should be.

This place doesn't know how to prepare Vietnamese dish. Omg their house fried rice is taste less, no flavor. It was cold as a left over stiring wirh cold water. It was disgusting. They don't even deserve a start. Worst experience everI would never recommend this restaurant.

Me and my 2 friends were shopping at the mall when we decided to stop by for lunch, when we went in the lady greeted us with no kindness we didn’t really mind but she looked very tired and over all annoyed with everything. We ordered pot stickers, chow mein, and shrimp pho, I don’t know why but as soon as I put the chow mein in my mouth I tasted sea food, I don’t like seafood at all in fact it causes me to have on main occasions really bad sickness. It wasn’t to heavy more mild, my friend got the shrimp pho and according to her that was good. No here’s my actual complaint, I had a $100 bill and our meal was around ~$40 (?) , she brought me back a 20 and a 10, at that time I didn’t really care but when I got back and told my parents they told me that was incorrect, maybe she was tired this day but over all not great service. But still some pretty good food

I got takeout: tofu curry with veggies. Excellent! Definitely a go-to restaurant. They can do vegan versions of the vegetarian dishes.

Not too bad for Marin, where decent Asian food is hard to find. Upon our last visit, we noticed that the interior is getting a little scruffy with age, and bar counter space could use some decluttering. Food is ok, not great, but will do if you have a craving. I recommend chicken wings for an appetizer, they were crispy and fresh. Pho was so-so Overall, for the value, it's pretty good, especially if you miss the strong flavors and don't want to drive to SF for authentic Vietnamese food. Oh, Thai ice tea was yummy, as was Vietnamese coffee.

Amazing food. Delicious house special pho!

Food was barely edible. Wilted lettuce with rotted spots, appetizer rolls must have been made days ahead, etc.Just bad.Hardly any customers, when the other restaurants in the center were fairly busy.Should have taken the hint, but family was in the mood for what they saw on the menu.Never again. Not only bad, but pricey!

This is definitely not a Vietnamese Rest and they claimed to be one. One of the worse food & service I ever had. The lady server was not friendly and yet she dressed in sweatpants like she just came out of bed.

This is one of the worst Vietnamese restaurants I've ever been to. The food is bland, Americanized, watery and shameful. The papaya salad came with no sauce and had lots of iceberg lettuce and no flavor. The spring rolls were almost all noodle, flavorless, with very little shrimp and no pickled veggie. The peanut sauce tasted like yesterday's store bought generic. The chicken salad lacked a complex flavor profile found at your basic mom pop Vietnamese restaurant. I did not try the pho or bun. They had a bunch of Thai and Chinese dishes on the menu, which is always a warning sign. It's lame mall food. Don't waste your money. Fountain water has more flavor....and it's free. Embarrassing for a restaurant in Marin.
