Confusing and slow ordering process. Highly inconsistent food quality. When we brought a bad pizza back, owner made it feel like it was our problem.
95% of bottom crust burnt black, minimal cheese, see through pizza base, minute amounts of toppings, bad front customer service, all employees are generally unhappy being there, but front desk is the worst, only one really young white boy smiled, I don't see how this is voted best in Marin??? Not going back, you can, if you don't care where you piss your money at.
It was great food and good service
It was great and good service
Terrible. The owner Tom should go to hell too, constantly making excuses about product, to lying about ingredients (I was told everything was organic when it wasn't), to not paying his workers. Trash.
Wish it was better. Margarita pizza was soup pizza. The crust would probably be good if the sauce had not been a pink soup. The staff stood in the back chatting away with each other. Three guys wanted a beer during the Duke Basketball game. Just can't go back.
Came here for lunch after seeing the line for Baja Fresh was too long. Not at all crowded, even though all the other places were super crowded in this mall. Ordered the lunch special which was a very small personal cheese pizza, salad and soda. It was $14, well I guess that's Marin for you. Although Sefano's has a lunch special 2 slices and soda for $5, go figure. Anyway, the salad was fine, fresh crisp greens, so no complaints, but I didn't come here for salad. The pizza, not sure how you could call this pizza. It was a soggy, greasy mess. The crust was not a crust but a soggy bread like goop. They had a sign that said voted best pizza in Marin. I wonder how that happened. On the plus side, the service was not as bad as people said it was in other posts. Two stars for good ambiance and free soda refills.
Came in with two kids. Sitting here 45 minutes, no pizza. It just came out and was in to-go boxes when we're clearly sitting here waiting to eat.Tell the owner who barely acknowledges and doesn't apologize. The place isn't even busy! Not coming back. Telling everyone I can that this place sucks.
I wish I could have tried the pizza because it did look pretty tasty. However, the customer service was very lacking. Upon entering, I stood at the front of the store confused about where to order. Not a single employee welcomed us or gave ordering instructions. About 2-3 minutes later I noticed the order here sign. I walked to the order area and stood there for 6-7 minutes. Again, not a single server welcomed me or gave any type of acknowledgement. The restaurant was not busy. Many of the employees had their back turned towards me. One worker on her phone walked by the register but ignored me, too. I quickly walked out and went to "pig in a pickle".
Great for kids, surprisingly inexpensive, really nice staff

Man this place changed... this is my 4th time here and sadly might he the last. The first time I was here was last year. I was working near by and found them on Google. Service was excellent and the food and price combo was the sh*t. I recommend this p pl ace to a few friends and came back myself a few more times. But today, (a year later) it was disappointing. The restaurant made a few changes which confused me. Upon entering I made eye contact with a few employees and no one greeted. And no one really bothered to help out until it was awkward enough for myself to ask. Employees seemed a bit clueless. And forgot to bring me half my order until I asked a waiter. The pizza tasted great but was super small. At the salad was a bit bland. And no dressing unless you walk up to the counter and ask yourself.
Delicious pizza! The boss is really outgoing and convincing. If you don't know how the place works the boss will help you out.
Very good. Will return. Salsicca pizza delicious. Home made sausage. Fast service.
Best gluten free pizza option in the Bay Area after Cheeseboard. BBQ and Papas pizzas are particularly good.
Delicious pizza, excellent service and great prices.
