They need to have better customer service in the afternoon. They are not friendly, feels to me like they don't want to work there. You can feel it in the atmosphere as soon as you step in.

Bruh I'm quite disappointed. I've tried ordering from this place a couple times on door dash. The food and the beverages are delicious, but the service is rough. Given I've only dashed it, I get limited interaction with the staff itself, but the service is still reflected thru the order.Today my coworkers and I ordered two hot coffees and a cold tea. Only one coffee and the tea was delivered and no notice about the other coffee being forgotten. Spoke to our dasher and he informed us the store was swamped with orders and only one person working. I feel bad for the single employee having to man the store alone!

one man on the staff is so incredibly rude to me and my coworkers. i work next door and i used to come in regularly during my shifts. One hispanic man is very very grumpy, no motivation, very rude and inconsiderate. I don't know his name and that's why i describe him like this. He has been rude to me and my boss on multiple occasions. No respect for his customers what do ever and then they ask for a tip!!! My boss asked if she could have a certain type of milk in her drink and he responded with "i don't know can you?" and when i simply asked him to ring me up for a sprite in my hand (keep in mind he only has to ring me up then i go leave) he yells at my front of everyone making me tear up in line. Nordstrom do better on hiring people because this person should not be working here.
