This place has the best customer service ever , those ladies are so sweet and so kind , they make you feel comfortable. Not guilty lol buying a cake to eat lol , super sweet and very kind . I give those young ladies a 100 stars .

Picked up a cake for my husband's birthday and we were both awesomely surprised. A friend had told me about this place and I was a little hesitant for some reason I'm not sure why, but if you're in the mood for some good cake, be sure to check it out.

Placed an online order for a dozen bundtinis with two happy Mother's Day flags. The cashier handed me the sealed box and I asked if the flags were in the box and she replied "yes ". After returning home and opening the box, no flags! Hence, knocking down one star. Otherwise, it would have been perfect.

These cakes are moist, just the right amount of sweetness!!! I kept seeing this place while taking my Mom to the doctor and finally was able to stop in and try the bakery. Upon entry there were hand sanitizer stations; no one working wore a mask. We took home three bundt cakes; strawberry, butter pecan and lemon. The strawberry was good. The butter pecan tasted like a cinnamon roll; it was REALLY good, no pecans in it though. The lemon was light and refreshing.

Nothing Bundt Cakes had been my go to for cakes for every occasion. Last Saturday, I went to purchase a cake for a birthday celebration and the service was horrible. The two girls working behind the counter were extremely rude. I personally feel awful for not stepping in and assisting the older couple in front who were treated with more respect. When it was my turn, I was so shocked by the treatment of the other customers as well as myself that I paid for my cake and left as soon as possible. Considering this experience, I'm going to try other local bakeries next time I'm in need of a special dessert.

Incredible service! We were created upon entrance with a huge smile and it was close to closing time! We got a Vanilla and a Red Velvet the minis. Love love love this place! They do a great job at making everyone feel welcomed and have delicious cakes! Next on our list is the gluten free cake!
