This location is a step above a coffee machine. Crowded, disorganized, and I think the staff is numbed by the crush of shoppers. If you can just avoid this place.

Peetâs themselves is great. They have great coffee and amazing fall beverages. offee is good too. Peetâs themselves: 4 stars. This Peetâs: 2 stars.Here, the prices at this Peetâs are 20-30% higher than a normal Peetâs. They say that the real reason for this is because they have to pay a higher rent because this is a mall. Because of this, I would recommend going to the Peetâs just across the freeway, on Tamal Vista. The overall design of this Peetâs is nice though.It also doesnât accept rewards.

Every time I come to the Bay Area to visit family, I always make sure to frequent many Peets locations. Excellent coffee, beans and staff.
The worst cappuccino I have ever had: it tasted of burnt coffee beans, acrid and acidy. The cup had a tiny little portion of coffee at the bottom, and the rest was foam. The staff are bored and disinterested, (to be fair, who wouldnât be, stuck in a doldrums at twenty-something) and lacked communication skills. A $5.00 rip-off. If coffee is your pleasure, avoid this nasty little hole.

This is a franchised Peets and their staff is totally unfriendly. They reflect poorly on the Peets name as well as the taste of the drinks. Mine was poorly made and they refused to remake it, even though it did not have the ingredients ordered.
