I feel awful for the employees at this location. It was peak hours and the staffing was a mess. One barista on a Saturday during a holiday weekend. They handled it well, but management should never put someone in that position.
Please remove the sign above the barista station that says “Mobile Pick up” if mobile orders are going to be placed on a shelf next to the sitting area. I was sitting for a long time waiting for an order that was sitting on a shelf when no one called my name to let me know it was even ready.

A nice place to hang up but I can’t understand that this coffee shop doesn’t serve espresso. If you are a real coffee lover thou shall not go here.
