Overall fairly high price for the quality of the food. Portion sizes were really good, however the taste of the food didn’t line up with the cost. As you just walk up when your number is called and they have automated ordering, the service can’t be commented on.

Nevon (Navon?) realized I wasn’t a fan of the ordering kiosk & provided excellent service. He was patient w my questions & shared my excitement for trying place for the first time.
They specialize in chicken tenders & wings. Tenders are not usually my fave, but these were good, crispy outside & juicy inside. I loved the wide variety of sauces!
The place was clean, food came quick, & there’s outdoor seating. I left stuffed for under $20, not easy in Marin County.
Thanks again Nevon, your service made this a place I’ll come back to!

First time here, and we came in on 8/6/24 at 7:49pm we placed our order, the young cashier kid was taking our order, but I couldn't help but notice he kept talking to a friend of his for over 11 min. I get it if you wanna talk to your buddies, but shouldn't you be doing actual work and not talk, your staff members would like some help since you're getting paid to work, not take a 11 min social break for your buddy. During my wait time for the food, it was just so distracting that he kept talking for so long and not doing any work. Where was the crew manager during this time because if I saw, instantly would have pulled him aside or asked him to take his break instead.

I like the Lemon Pepper Chicken here, it's very delicious. The chicken is fresh, not greasy. Water is refillable and there are many types of water and dipping sauce to choose from.

The service staff is also cute. I feel happy and eat well.

First time trying Starbird and fairly impressed by their food and atmosphere! Nashville Hot Tenders,if not too oily, would have been the best tenders I had so far! Fries were ok, star sauce was yum! By far contender for the best-fried chicken place in my list!
