Never again. Service was terrible. Sat for 20 minutes before anyone ever came to our table and it wasn't even our waiter. Too many options on the menu to make anything good. Asked for extra dressing for the salad, and by the time he got around to it, the salad was done. Would never go back.

The Latina lady in her 40s, whose name I don't remember, please take a course to learn about courtesy and how to behave, because I don't want other customers like me to face the same behavior.

Just a bit pricey

Delicious food. We tried to make reservations but our App wasnt working properly. There was a 40min wait. We used that time to walk around the shopping center.

Staff was very friendly and we felt welcome upon arriving inside. The decor is nice and has a romantic vibe to it.
They have indoor and outdoor seating.

The cheescakes are amazing. We took a slice to go. Our meal was delicious, plenty of leftovers.

We went there Wednesday August 6 for sisters 65th birthday. Waited 40 minutes for bread. I ordered Chinese chicken ( it was soggy , sister ordered chicken Alfredo and it was dry with no sauce and I didn’t bother to ask how the other 2 liked theirs but they brought back to hotel and left without taking home. So no….. never go back there! Disappointing to say the least!

'The Factory' has NEVER disappointed me. Even when they got the order wrong, they compensated VERY nicely, & it's only happened twice in 15 years. Well worth it!!! They should build more of them, especially in San Luis Obispo county!
