If I could give a negative star I would. We had a big party and called advance and made a reservation for 330. We weren't sat till 430. It took 40min for our server to even get our order and another 45 for our foodto get there. On top of that the shrimp was overcooked and was very oily. The beans weren't even edible had 1 bite and spit it out it tasted way to bay leafy, the rice was plain with cilantroon top and wasn't cooked all the way, the chicken sandwich was dry. We had a chicken sandwich that came out after everyone was almost done with there food and it was so dry my husband had to force himself to eat it and he isn't picky. The bathrooms had no toilet paper. And had to call someone for help. Inly thing that was good was the drinks. On top of that it took 30min for us to get our check. On top of all of that 5 our of our 14 people went home with food poisoning. Let's just say it was an awful experience and never going back. I myself am a server and was so disappointed and embarrassed for somewhat people seam to love.

Meet my sister here for brunch. They mustve been short staff or whatever but it took forever to order our food. The waiter never even checked on us to see if we needed/ wanted anything. Had to ask for the complimentary bread and only got one when it did come out. Ordered steak and eggs but got beef jerky and eggs. Sent it right back!!! Everything else was kinda mediocre. My wife's chiliquilles was more of a big nacho. She ordered chicken but got pork. Luckily I ordered some appetizers to keep my going but man this place sucks

We walked in around noon, saw lots of open tables but were told it would be a 15 min wait. Seeing our disappointment the hostess then said “you could sit at the bar and wait”. We said that sounded fine and we walked over to the bar where there were several free high tops which turned out to be available for us right away. But then we waited to order for 10 minutes while our very busy waiter took care of other tables. When we ordered a turkey burger he said they were “out of them”. We said OK and we ordered something else. We waited a long time - around 30 minutes and when the food finally came the salads were wilted and the food was just OK. The drinks were just OK as well. At any rate, no big problem, and I wouldn’t be writing this review if not for the fact that our bill came and was $20 inflated over what the price should’ve been. Our waiter saw the error immediately and told us he would take care of it. This took another 15 minutes and while our waiter was quite apologetic, the fault apparently was with his manager who chatted with our waiter at length but did not come over to our table to explain. (We were thinking that he might come by and offer us a free piece of cheesecake or something). So - long wait time, mediocre food and a bill error that seemed like a scam. We won’t be back.

I had never been to a Cheesecake Factory before, so it could’ve been my own expectations, but I was hoping for a little bit more upscale? The food and service were both pretty good.

I’m really disappointed with my recent experience at this location. When we were seated, our waiter only brought two pieces of white bread for the entire table. Our food took about an hour to arrive, and while we were still eating, she brought boxes and bags to the table as if she was rushing us out. The service overall was not good, and I chose not to leave a tip.

Later, I noticed my card was overcharged. When I called The Cheesecake Factory, I was told that the server named Lily had added a $16 tip to my bill without my authorization. I spoke with a manager, who said they would investigate and send me a gift card by email, but I have not received anything yet.

I hope management addresses this, because the experience was extremely disappointing.

Beautiful day out, was told by host no seating on the patio then she asked a manager, reversing the claim. We were sat outside and after 10 mins of no server contact we left. I had even offered to order at the bar if they were short staffed.

Dysfunctional & Slow Service! They forgot that I ordered a 6 inch strawberry cheesecake to go, even though I was standing there waiting for my paid item for over 30 minutes.

The Manager had excuses & Bs as to why it had taken so long. They were not busy.

They had to prep my cheesecake at the counter because they'd forgotten, and the end result looks terrible.

I am going to call them for a full refund+
