'The Factory' has NEVER disappointed me. Even when they got the order wrong, they compensated VERY nicely, & it's only happened twice in 15 years. Well worth it!!! They should build more of them, especially in San Luis Obispo county!
Perfect spot for a family treat: we grabbed a shady patio table and the kids could wiggle without bothering anyone. 250+-item menu means everyone scores something they want. Service stayed upbeat even on a busy Saturday. Tip: Try not to go on the weekends because you'll get the mall crowd there.

Staff was very friendly and we felt welcome upon arriving inside. The decor is nice and has a romantic vibe to it.
They have indoor and outdoor seating.
The cheescakes are amazing. We took a slice to go. Our meal was delicious, plenty of leftovers.
