Pulled up 10 minutes before closing and someone at the restaurant ran to the front and turned off the “open” sign right I front of me. Super Lame. Must not need business, so don’t bother going.

Do not eat the food from here. Not only was it incredibly salty, but all of the meat (galbi, fish, and chicken) tasted like it was days old.

Got the worst food poisoning of my life, ended up with severe dehydration and ruined an entire weekend/hotel room/everyone's experience. All I ate was the mac salad. Please save yourself from having to call an ambulance. Horrible food management.

I love Hbbq. This place made me sad.
I know what good hbbq is like. This place got that beef that is 30% gristle and chicken katsu that tastes like the depths of the deep fryer. I aint even tryingn to be a hater. They were nice, the place was charming, but this food aint it. Quite possibly the most disappointing hbbq I've had. Worst part is, I went here over a year ago and had a similar experience, thought I'd give them another try recently and they doubled down.... Save yourself the disappointment until they learn to get it together.

For $19 a plate, I would rather be told we aren't making the food I ordered that late before closing than to receive over cooked and dry meat.

Picked my order up 32 minutes before closing and received super dry and burnt meat that was obviously sitting out and reheated on the grill

This location definitely isn't as good as others. Take the extra time a drive to another one. They give you a smaller portion, the soda fountain is broken and the place is super dirty.

Just like everyone else my first impression was poor. From the chubby guy behind the counter who is in love with his phone. To the greasy tables that never seem to be clean. The lackluster food and presentation was overpriced. Avoid. Poor value and poor customer service. Some places don’t even try and this is one of them.
