I saw one of the workers spit in my bowl it was the worst thing I have ever witnessed. Their bowls taste like dirt and it is some of the worst acai ive ever had in my life. I would never recommend this place. They have terrible management too.

I've been to this location a couple of times and it has always been great. I went this morning and ordered an OG Bowl and something was definitely not right. The granola and bananas were great but the açaí had zero flavor. It tasted like it was so watered down and diluted that there was not even a hint of açaí flavor. The color was right and the texture was right but it tasted like nothing. Maybe they've switched brands or changed their recipe? I don't know but I really hope they change it back.

i always love going to banzai bowls but this location has particularly amazing service!! i got a small diamond head and the portion was perfect and obviously tasted amazing. shout out to jose and elijah the service was so good and they were super friendly & communicative!!
