Food is amazing but they started using smaller plates..half the serving they use to serve.$17 for a small plate is not worth it anymore.Use to come here alot. Will sadly stop. The last two times have been small plates and not much protein. Got the trio meat and it barely had any meat. Lost a regular customer

The place is neglected and has very little lighting. The sign of the entrance is barely distinguishable. In addition, you have to add the bad character of one of your dependents. He barely speaks and in a very bad way he addresses the customers and the dashers.

I recently had takeout at this Chinese restaurant, and my experience left much to be desired. If you're expecting a menu with 2-3 entrees that come as a set, this is not the place for you. Everything here is separate – sides, entrees, drinks, you name it. While I appreciate variety, the issue arises when the pricing doesn't align with the quality offered.I opted for the Orange Chicken and the House Special Beef, which supposedly boasts Angus Beef. However, I have serious doubts about the authenticity of the Angus Beef claim. In fact, I was so disappointed that I took the step of submitting a complaint to the BBB, suspecting that several advertised aspects of this place might not be accurate.Regrettably, I have to be honest about my experience – the price point does not justify the quality of the food. In comparison, a visit to Panda Express would likely provide better value for your money.Despite the convenience of a quick turnaround on a Tuesday night, where my food was prepared within 10 minutes, this was the only positive aspect of my visit. It's disheartening to share a negative review, but I believe in transparency and providing honest feedback. In conclusion, if you're seeking a Chinese restaurant that delivers on both quality and value, you might want to explore other options. My experience, unfortunately, did not live up to the expectations. While it may seem harsh to put them on blast, my intention is to share my genuine encounter and help others make informed choices when choosing where to dine.

The food is overpriced and tastes like it was frozen. Rise was overcooked, beef was chewy. They don’t give fortune cookies or soy sauce.

It's not a very good place. And the worker is not respectful. And the food is not good. And the place doesn't

Just not good. Soggy and chewy orange chicken. The only "good" thing was the portions, but can't be all that good if the food you get a large portion of does not taste good.

First time, I got the house special beef. Get that, it seems a little pricey, but it tastes like fine dining. Definitely coming back, my expectations are high now for the rest of the menu haha. Take out only, chairs for waiting, but no place for eating. They accept card too.

I am very unhappy with whoever packed my food. I ordered chowmein, cream cheese wontons and orange fish. To my horror when I got the order the chowmein was missing and instead of orange fish they gave me beef and broccoli. Never ordering here again. The cream cheese wontons were stale and not even good.

Food is good and fresh. Had the chow mein pint for $7. Could have a few more vegetables in it. All noodles.

We just ordered and when we received our order there was no flatware or napkins included. We called and they said we need to ask for it in advance. I guess they expect us to eat it with our hands. No resolution. Screw the customer. Never have received an order without any flatware. This restaurant SUCKS!!!!!

The veggie fried rice wasn't that great - the veggies used are so genetically modified that there's not much taste - not much flavor - wouldn't order it again and recommend the restaurant get better quality vegetables

First of all the hours are wrong. Even though Google maps shows it’s closed they’re wrong. The restaurant should change it on Google Maps if they care about getting more customers. The people who are writing bad reviews are probably high or something or maybe just Karens. I first tried Big Chopsticks by my house in Placenta and they are always good. Today I got the steamed rice and Orange Chicken. Both were very good. The girl behind the counter wasn’t too enthusiastic but as long as the food is good WHO cares. Service was fast, within 10 minutes. Food was nice and hot. The food is made when you order. It’s not like a typical Chinese Fast Food where the food is kept hot under glass.

Terrible communication. Making the customer waiting 20 minutes and saying they dont have the item.
