One of the managers on duty has no clue about service. To save time we used the kiosk. It would not take payment. Asked the manager to help he said he is not I.T. thus could not do anything. Since the regular order line has grown to 15 people, we asked if he could take our order since we input already. He said NO, get in line.
He spent a good amount of time explaining why he could not help instead of helping.
Poor attitude for someone working with the public.
