Good afternoon today I have the worst experience at this place and the worst customer service. We were clients from this place. I would take my employees to eat there for lunch or sometimes would order food to go for events, but after today’s experience that I had when I ordered a Assala burrito it seem like I was ordering a lettuce and bean and rice burrito. I brought it up to the attention of one of the employees there which I cannot remember her name and honestly, she gave me the look like she didn’t really care. Didn’t even come back to my table. Tell me that you know what we’re sorry but this is the The way the burritos come I had to get up a second time and asked for the manager. The manager came out and talk to me. By the way her name is Liliana, which honestly, she said that she was a manager, but if she was working under me, Ibelieve I would not even have her as of an employee This person was really rude and seemed like she didn’t even care as well. I don’t understand how she is a manager at this place. I am a superintendent for property management and I don’t treat my VIPs with this kind of customer service. I would have gone out of my way and offered an apology and offered maybe a replacement of the burrito regardless. Of the way that they are made she even told me that I have already eat half of the portion and that’s where all the meat was and that was not true I have to of my colognes that went with me and witness that she was wrong at this point this will be are last day coming to this place because no one deserves to be treated this way and to be robbed with one scope of meat like she mentioned. I encourage that if you’re planning to go eat hear think it over twice before you have a bad experience like me.

I couldn’t be more disappointed. I can understand times are tough and supplies may not be as affordable. However, beans have got to be THE MOST affordable thing on the menu. I ordered a bean and cheese torta. Literally looked like they spread the tiniest layer of beans. There isn’t even an option to add extra beans on this meal like others. Luckily this torta is like half the cost of their meat ones however, I DID not pay $7 basically for just bread.

Friend took me here for a juice one day. It was pretty awesome so I’ve been back numerous times since. I get the chilly one which is watermelon lime refreshing goodness. Highly recommend. I haven’t tried the food yet but will let you know when I do.

First time here. The place is nice, big and clean. We were promptly greeted and our order taken.
I ordered a milanesa torta with a carnitas taco on the side with a Sandia (watermelon) juice.
My wifey ordered chicken taquitos and a pineapple juice.
First off . ..both of the juices were definitely tasty. Right on point. Excellent.
My torta was delicious. All the food ingredients. The milanesa could have used a little seasoning. But the beans, avocado and jalapenos added so much flavor.
My carnitas taco was honestly only of the best I ever had. Crispy at times. Soft other times. So very good !!
My wifey loved her crispy chicken taquitos.
Honestly this is a great place for authentic Mexican food. So delicious. So fresh. Highly recommend!!
