The WORST Chipotle I have ever seen - there were no customers in the store - all the tables were empty and our family could not even sit down due to all the trash and food scraps everywhere. No rice, drinks empty, cold steak, rude and arrogant staff, didnt even care. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION, IT IS A HEALTH RISK.

Thats literally half a burrito!! The person making it was so stingy like they’re giving me gold nugs or something!! The last few times I ate chipotle I swear it just keeps getting worse!! The only reason I came here today is because Cava had a long line so I thought lets give chipotle a last try and this happens!! This is the last time to ever eat chipotle!! Definitely regret my decision coming here! So sad that a place that used to be so good is as low as going to a taco bell, employees used to have a great attitude now you can tell they just look sad and their attitude sucks! Goodbye chipotle forever!! ???????

We stand under the door for 15 minutes, from the moment of opening, no one opens the door, the veutri staff stand watching and do nothing. According to the schedule, the opening is at 10:30, but apparently they don't care. We left at 10:46 a.m. because Nicotine was opening the door for us. We will not return to your restaurant

The people working here genuinely hate their job. You get to choose where you work so if you genuinely hate the place, don’t work there. I live on 17th St. and come here frequently. Every time the workers will rush and give you small portions even when there’s nobody else in the store. i’m literally 20 years old and not a Karen but I just want to say it’s not that hard to look at somebody in the eyes or say hi and just be friendly.

I come to this location 3-4 times a week so I would say I’m a frequent flyer. This review is for the few ladies that work there and I think one of them might be the manger. I’m always polite and make eye contact and try to engage with the staff but they can’t even look at you or say hello. In n out staff greet you with a smile and ask how your doing. Work on your people skills

Black guacamole and stale chips. Go to the one on Harbor instead. Wish this place was still the Wendy's as this is a substandard Chipotle.

I love how Chipotle workers in South County have the most horrendous attitude towards guest of color. (: but seems to bend over, forwards, and backwards for other guest. Treat people equally.

Awful. Picked up my bowl STEAK bowl and it’s a drive through so i didn’t have time to open it and check if my protein was there… When i got home there was no steak in the bowl. Didn’t even bother to give me another protein at the least… and i payed full price for it. And the food barely has any flavor. made poorly…

Food is always hit of miss, but the main reason I'm giving a bad review is because the staff truly does not care about the customer experience. They don't care if they get your order right, they don't care if the food is fresh. They told my wife and I they were out of queso because "their cook was slacking" as they looked back and laughed at him. I understand this is a large corporation but please hold your employees to a higher standard. When you offer a service or product and take peoples money, it's just disappointing when you get such bad service that ruins the experience. We love Chipotle but please do better.
