While I agree with other comments regarding the manager’s indifferent attitude, I want to highlight the excellent service provided by Kimberly who assisted us. She was kind, friendly, and prepared our food exactly as expected. Unfortunately, when I attempted to bring this positive feedback to the manager's attention, she was completely inattentive. When she did acknowledge me, her response was dismissive and she ultimately ignored my comments. I hope this helps recognizing...

Somehow one of the most unfriendly Chipotles I’ve ever been to. The staff is kind of rude (the work is hard, I get it, but life isn’t any easier for anyone else), and overall the place feels a bit abandoned. It’s okay if you’re in a hurry and nearby, but otherwise I’d avoid it

Dont waste your money on chips, they are no crispy and tasted exactly like they were made days before i purchased them, and not kept air tight. Absolute joke to charge $3 for a bag of tortilla chips that is days old.
