Some lady with the glasses , couldn't get her name but she was super rude, she called my children annoying just because my kids didn't decide right away what they wanted they are children but people with kids don't understand that . Everything else was perfect but service was very bad , very unprofessional, weather you are annoyed o not you do not call people annoying or raise your voice at children that aren't yours . Hire people who are more professional and have respect . My kids had fun overall bit won't be back

They offer you time packages in the games that in the end they do not end up respecting, the manager instead of showing a solution to the problem was only annoyed making us believe that the customers are to blame and with the food, the wings come too small and burnt , terrible service ? of the

Service is mediocre, they sold us 2 hours, when not even an hour had passed and they told us they were going to close, they did not offer me any solution and manager was disrespectful. I will never come back again.

We have always come to eat here, but this last time there was terrible service from the manager. We arrived at around 7 pm and bought games for the children for 2 hours and at around 7:30 an employee came to tell us that they were closing. at 8 pm and we still haven't finished eating and the children haven't started using the cards for the games. Very bad service and the manager didn't offer any solution to the problem. The pizzas and wings arrived cold at the table and the Chuck He went to sing happy birthday to my nephew, he smelled like marijuana.

Is he a rat or a mouse? This is the question that has confounded me for many years...

This location has been the spot my kids go to when their school has an event there once a year. It’s not the cleanest. Tables could be cleaned more often. Located in the same center as Home Depot and Northgate Mercado so be aware parking can get busier now. Especially on weekendsKid-friendliness: Kids everywhere for birthday parties or just walk ins some parents just let them run free.

Thank you to the manager, Elon, for being so helpful to my grandson and myself during our visit. Manager helped us save some money, ensured we understood all of our options, and was so responsive to all of our questions! Thank you!!!

Haven't been to a Chuck E. Cheese in at least 15 years, but recently my son's friend had a birthday party and we were invited to celebrate with them. I must say, I was pleasantly surprised with how clean it was, and how organized the place was. My understanding was that the manager who was in charge of our party had only been there for less than a week, and his professionalism and helpfulness was very impressive. I think his name was Thomas. The food was good! I definitely ate more pizza than I was prepared to. We will be back!

Haven't been to Chuck E Cheese in over 10 years. Decided to have my sons 4th birthday here. Absolutely amazing time! Kids were happy and the help we got the whole time from Sabina was excellent! Definitely will be back for more birthday memories.

Great place to survive another hour with your kids haha. Loved that you have the option to play unlimited per time or opt to pay for points.
