Chobop - Premium All You Can Eat Sushi offers an all-you-can-eat (AYCE) option where the fish is fresh and the quality is surprisingly good. Unlike many other AYCE sushi spots, they do not overstuff the rolls with rice, so each sushi piece has more fish than rice, and the portions are manageable. There are no limits on premium items like eel (unagi). Favorites include the king scallops, eel, and sushi balls. The cooked food is solid, with takoyaki hot and flavorful, and free ice cream at the end is a sweet finish. Service is lightning fast, and the staff are incredibly kind and welcoming. The place is also very clean and well-kept. For one visit, the wait time was approximately 5 minutes for 2 people. One server chose some unique nigiris that were amazing. Overall, the food is delicious, and the amount of pieces per round is a good amount. This spot is highly recommended and definitely one of the better AYCE restaurants.
