The bbq chicken tasted like bacon

Place is terrible. Food was so bad. Lobster tails were spoiled, smelling like ammonia. Even the manager couldn’t believe how rancid the lobster smelled. Depressing atmosphere. Should be shut down.

Great place to eat after seeing a show at the Orange County performing arts center. Just walk the bridge over Bristol Parkway, and it drops you off right at Claim Jumper. I had the sirloin steak, baked potato, and roasted vegetables. The vegetables were seasoned nicely and were delicious. The steak was tender and cooked how I wanted. Baked potato came loaded even though I didn't request it, but was delicious, so I didn't say anything. This was the 2nd time eating here after a show.

First time here. My son enjoyed his steak, except it was almost too done. Wife really enjoyed the pizza. Purple Haze drink was nice and refreshing. Service was fast and friendly. The Southern Fried Chicken was really bad, no flavor and overcooked (I'm from the South). Not up to par. Aside from that, it was an overall pleasant experience.

We have always enjoyed CJ but thought they all closed. So happy to find this one. Great food and great service. We will definitely be back.

The food was great. The service and especially the hosts in the front area were very rude. I've been coming to Claim Jumper for years, and the past few times I've eaten at Claim Jumper they have been struggling with customer service and being friendly.

We usually eat at Claim Jumper before attending a play at Segerstrom Center in Costa Mesa. Service is always good and menu is reasonably priced and has a wide selection. Portions are substantial and we usually end up taking some home. They have a small outdoor area, which is actually what we prefer for an early evening dinner. The bar has a happy hour menu, but it's usually too crowded for us to get in there.

Food was cold, guy who checked us in was even colder...way overpriced for the quality..but the server was very accomodations my and tried to make it right..this was our second time here . $30 per person is way too much for soup, appetizers, pot pie and no drinks..the jerky guy who checked us in needs to just go back to the gym where he can show someone who cares about his macho body! Apparently our money and desire for food does not count!

We 4 girls went to happy hour before the theater and had a great time. Excellent food and drinks!

Our waiter was good but seems he was the only waiter working the tables. Drinks slow arriving and slow to take order but than we noticed waiter working in patio and other side of the restaurant. The Manager should have been helping. I felt our section got neglected

Potatoe soup was not soup!!! You could turn the bowl upside down and the soup would stay in the bowl. Potatoe skins tasteless, probably frozen. Horrible experience.

Always love ClaimJumper, so many good choices, the Salmon Oscar was excellent as well as classics like meatloaf or pizza.

We enjoyed a nice dinner before heading over to Segerstrom for a concert. The bowl of clam chowder and Cobb salad were tasty and just the right size. The service was outstanding. Be sure to make your reservation through Open Table because it gets busy.

Was rushed through dinner Appetizers, salads, entrees all arrived at the same time leaving no space on the table and entree was cold Happy Hour menu only available in the bar but I couldn't maje a reservation for the bar area Just a bad experience all around
