We haven't been to claim jumper in a really long time but we decided to try it again tonight. Our server Nichole she was AMAZING!! Her recommendations for food were right on and the carrot cake was an excellent way to end our experience. We will be back and asking for Nichole.

Great spot in the mall Still has happy hour menu although portions are smaller No longer part of the Landry company but they do have their own loyalty program Food is solid and dependable

Too much noise from it seems like two stations being played at the same time. Could not hear myself think. Classic burger not that good. Did not have much taste. No choice of wheat bun,, just a plain old white burger bun. Got the grilled veggies with Burger however they were very oily. What kind of oil do they use? Got to watch employees carrying toilet paper rolls up and down the aisles. Service was typical. 3% surcharge added to bill because they can't raise the prices on the menu even though both the notice of the 3% increase is there printed on the menus. This makes no sense at all to me. This is what I call a slightly hidden fee. As of April 7th 2024 the burger with its side and a diet Coke came to $22.19 including tax and 3% upper. Also interesting is the suggested gratuities start at 18% so how does inflation impact the gratuity percentage?? That seems outrageous.

I ordered tenders and fries. The chicken was on the edge of being still raw, I left most of them on the plate. Also the breading was sooo thick. The fries were old and cold. My daughter had fish tacos and she also thought the food was mediocre. Other two people at our table both had pot pies and liked them.Not a place to go back to again. After all, no matter how good the service, if the food is not satisfactory…and on top of that quite expensive…

We decided to do take out for Easter Sunday. When my husband went to use our gift card he said that he was treated like he was doing something wrong. By the time we got home our ENTIRE order was absolutely frigid!!! I called the restaurant and was basically told “oh well “. They said the ticket was handled appropriately and that was it. Seriously disappointed. Not such a happy Easter for us

Stopped here while shopping South Coast Plaza, it was our first meal of the day and we had big appetites. There was no wait for a table, food was standard lots of American classics to choose from on the menu. We ordered a variety of apps and shared plates. Food was brought out quickly and presented well. I was surprised how full we quickly got! We had plenty of leftovers to take and enough fuel to finish up our shopping day. Our server (who I wish I remembered the name of) brought such a fun and friendly energy! She was a party alone lol. Overall, I give Claim Jumper a 8/10.

Not only was Summer attentive and responsive, but she also went above and beyond to ensure our meal was nothing short of amazing. Her recommendations were spot-on, from the perfectly cooked seafood to the mouth-watering sides. Summer's positive attitude and professionalism shone through, making our evening special. It's not every day you come across someone who truly loves what they do, and Summer's passion for providing excellent service was evident. Thanks to Summer, Clam Jumper has definitely earned a repeat customer in us. Highly recommend asking for Summer when you visit – she'll make sure your dining experience is a cut above the rest!

Service here was on point, we were seated promptly and didn’t have to wait for our table. The food was really delicious and we got our moneys worth. I’d definitely visit again! This location is great, lots of shopping around and the inside is nice as well.

Great food. Great Service. Passing through the area for business and a great find for one happy hour beer and a bite to eat. At the same time, a break from driving (but no drinking and driving).

The server was very kind and attentive. The food was not the best. My Clam Chowder was lukewarm and my Brussels were the worst I ever had and I really love Brussel Sprouts. The environment was excellent for large groups or parties. I would probably just order appetizers rather than a full meal.

I would normally give this place three stars. I have come here for years with the family multiple times. Always get an OK to good meal if it is a little over priced. Got my bill this time and there was a 3% charge tacked on to the whole bill. For what? The waiter obviously had fielded this question before because he had a spiel ready. This is a charge added on to ensure that everything was clean and disinfected. It is added for the cost of having to wear masks. This surcharge was clearly marked at the bottom of all the menu's (though I did not see it). So basically, a charge held over from Covid for all the extra cleaning and masks' cost. Well no waiter had on a mask that I noticed and honestly shouldn't cleaning and disinfecting your restaurant be standard practice. Not something you have to charge extra for. I really hate hidden charges especially when they are not justified. No thank you Claim Jumper. You have lost my future business. Wish I would have got the name of the waiter. He was great.
