In more of a residential area. There are a few tight parking spots in the back if you go up the driveway, but difficult to get in and out of, plus it's a dirt lot, so your car won't be very clean when you leave (at least your tires won't). Red curbs in front, so you'll have to walk a bit if you park elsewhere. Casual atmosphere. Mostly outdoor seating in pretty gardens - both front and back yard. A few tiny tables inside. Order at the register and they bring your food to you. Slow, but friendly service. We waited 5+ minutes just to place an order and we were the only ones waiting. Not even a line and still took that long. Food and drink were great, though! We went for breakfast and got BLTA with egg and avocado smash biscuit (egg, cheese, and bacon), along with latte and hot chocolate. Super pricey, though. $50 with tax and small tip included as of May 2024 for two sandwiches and non-alcoholic drinks is insane!

Ambiance: This is a cute small hole in the wall spot that you could definitely miss if you aren't searching for it. But it is the cutest outdoor garden brunch spot that I've found so far. The back outdoor seating was in a gorgeous tucked away garden area with native plants growing and buzzing bees. It was so relaxing and great for Sunday morning brunch photos. Food: My meal was delicious. I had a breakfast biscuit with cheese, eggs, and bacon on their cheddar cheese and chive biscuit. The biscuit was so flaky and buttery. The sandwich itself was very big! The amount of food was definitely worth the price. I will definitely be back to try more of their menu items!

Just visited this place a week ago for breakfast and it was fabulous! We visited again today for lunch and it was really a treat. From the super sweet staff that work there to the beautiful garden setting, it is w lovely place. I had the Turkey Stack sandwich, it came with roast potatoes and was delicious, hubby had a hamburger and said it was one of the best burgers he has had. Of course we had to have something sweet. Their berry cheesecake was heavenlywe will be regulars here.

The $$ is so misleading! It should be $$$$. Very good hotdogs but outrageously expensive. High end high rent district Balboa Island! But give me break 3 hot dogs one fries $53 !!!! And it's not made of gold!! If you are craving for hotdogs and fries with good quality then you might want to shell out some money and enjoy your dogs. Certainly I am not going to crave a $18 hotdog anytime soon.

So good and such a beautiful little gem tucked away on 19th street. Menu is extensive and includes gluten free. (GF coffee cake is killer!) Everything I tasted here is amazing and I adore sitting in the secret garden.

AMAZING! I was so thrilled to find this cute place while on a girls trip to Cali. We tried it out on our first morning here and came back every morning after. The gals behind the counter were bubbly, happy, and so helpful with giving us great recommendations. My favorite this trip was the breakfast mushroom quiche (which you should definitely try as well) with a very flavorful chai. Of course I couldn't help but get a sweet roll too and that definitely did not disappoint! Seriously give this place a try. Their menu is huge and sure to have something you'll like. I know I'll be back the next time we come into town.

We were heading out of town and wanted a quick breakfast that was not fast food. We shared the Crocker Classic breakfast and there was more than enough for 2 people. Loved the potatoes. The cafe is very cute inside and outside; only 2 tables inside but many more outdoors. Onsite parking is limited but you can park in the neighborhood or just ride your bike/e-bike here. We didn't order anything from the bakery but everything in the case looked delicious and tempting!

A quintessential home town coffee shop! First of all, let's start with the location. It's in an easy to get to location on 19th street with a few parking spots in the back and street parking. It's a small yellow house so it's very charming. There is a garden in the back, a front patio and a few seats inside as well. The food menu has a lot of items but the girl working was happy to explain and give recommendations on her favorite items and the most popular ones too. I got a breakfast biscuit with egg, bacon, cheese and avocado with a dirty chai latte. The breakfast sandwich was delicious and the food came quickly too! The chai was good and just a touch too sweet for my taste. I'd love to return and try more items from the menu and the pastry case because everything looked delicious!

Such a wonderful hidden gem in Balboa Island. I'm slowly making my way through the menu and haven't been disappointed yet. This trip I had what was clearly the best clam chowder in OC! Seriously..... the fried zucchini was delicious too! Great flavor!

Croker's looked like a house with garden theme outside dining areas in the front and back.Breakfast BTLA Sando (buns, egg, bacon, tomato, chipotle aioli, avocado) - this was a good size, scrumptious breakfast sandwich, that had a nice home-made felt to it.Chicago Dog (Vienna beef brisket sausage, pickle spear, relish, tomato, onion, celery, salt, mustard sport peppers, on a poppy bun) - just a regular Chicago style dog that you can get from some normal hot dog stands... a little better than chain fast food dogs.
